There you are! You’ve made it to the ‘Ultner BadIn’ sauna area at the Waltershof hotel. Val d’Ultimo, with its numerous mineral springs and pure mountain air, has been a well-loved destination for health fanatics and those simply in need of some rest and recuperation alike for many years now.

This means that, in our genuine Val d’Ultimo natural spring waters in the outdoor areas, you’ll be able to breathe in as many Alpine aromas and as much pure mountain air as you desire.

We live by the ‘Ultner BadIn’ motto of ‘Schwitz di xund!’, which is how we say ‘sweat yourself healthy!’ From comfortably warm to extra hot, you’ll want for nothing: a Turkish steam bath, the ‘Kräuterbadl’ herbal bath, an infrared cabin, a hay barn, a Finnish sauna and the large, wooden outdoor sauna. Our regular sauna infusions are complemented by stimulating music. Our ‘infusion master’, Roland, expertly extracts every last drop out of the materials he uses, meaning the hot, fruity and aromatic steam is the best it can be for you! You’re also well looked after when you take a quick, frosty cool-down. The ‘Tauchfassl’ and the ice well guarantee brisk but enjoyable refreshment.
