Arrival&departure
On the day of arrival your room is ready at 14 pm (if you arrive after 8 pm we ask you to inform us)
On departure day you can enjoy your room until 11 am.
For a surcharge of Euro 20.- per person, the wellness area can be used until the evening on the day of departure.
Dog / Pets
They are welcome in our hotel (except in the dining rooms and in the wellness area). We charge Euro 20.- per day including final cleaning
Payment
You can pay your hotel bill until 8 pm on the day before departure and from 7.30 am on the day of departure.
We accept EC cards, credit cards (except American Express and Diners) and cash up to an amount of Euro 1.999.-
Cancellation
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decreeno. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)) – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation until 60 days before the day of arrival: no costs
Cancellation from 59 to 30 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation after 14 days, in case of early departure or late arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
